This session will be presented by AVR-SK board member Karen L. Holloway. Karen is the Volunteer Coordinator/GPA (Gentle Persuasive Approach) Class Facilitator with Saskatchewan Health Authority.
She will share with you all the tools and insights into clients, volunteers and their relationships with dementia. A downloadable copy of The Alzheimer Association Guide: “Shifting Focus” will be provided as a guideline prior to the session.
