For the third year in a row, AVR-SK invites members and friends of AVR-SK to participate in the Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference. Once again, it will be virtual, so you can enjoy from the comfort of your home or office alongside colleagues from our province and beyond.
Just like last year, there will be Saskatchewan specific break-out rooms so we can meet each other, network, and talk about challenges specific to our province.

On February 9, 2021, come ready to talk about the challenges you’ve faced leading volunteers during this Covid-19 pandemic and to share ideas for reintroducing volunteers into our programs. Registration is free.
In 2018, AVR-SK’s membership participated in our first Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference. Members came together in Saskatoon’s City Hospital theatre where we participated in the livestream conference. Presenters spoke on hot-topic issues in volunteer management and provided us with in-person activities for the breakout sessions. This annual event quickly became a favourite.
Now, for 2020, we are bringing this event to members and friends of AVR-SK to enjoy from the comfort of your home or office. Things will be a bit different, but our breakout rooms will still bring SK folks together.
